Sunny Hill is a premier dressage and hunter/jumper facility in the east bay. Nestled at the base of Mount Diablo and Walnut Creek open space, Sunny Hill is an ideal location for those living in the bay area looking for a relaxing and quaint equestrian environment. Sunny Hill offers two new md barns with 30 spacious stalls, excellent ventilation including ceiling fans, an automatic fly spray system, hot water at the wash rack, daily stall cleaning, fresh fur/pine shavings 6 days/week, and 3 high quality orchard grass or alfalfa feedings/day. Sunny Hill has an outdoor ring for jumping and two lighted covered rings including our new court size dressage ring with mirrors for precision training. The footing in the rings are sand/rubber combination, and are maintained daily. Boarding also includes access to our round pen, 10 all-weather turnouts, grazing areas, luxurious restroom, and riding paths throughout Sunny Hill overlooking the local vineyards.  The entire property has perimeter fencing and security gates to ensure night time safety.  You can also enjoy the beautiful landscaping, established trees, and the abundance of wildlife that makes Sunny Hill so unique.  Additionally, Sunny Hill is meticousally managed focusing on overall health care of the horses.  With close attention to detail, Sunny Hill provides a consistent routine and program for the horses.  Furthermore, three Sunny Hill employees live on the property.
